Ask for Feedback – Good or Bad

Monday, March 9th, 2015

When you put your property up for sale, ask your agent

to let you know what the feedback is from your showings.

It’s so important to hear what is said!

Is there an issue that is consistently coming up?

Can you fix it?  Do you need to adjust the price for it?

The answers are in the feedback!

Get Educated

Friday, January 2nd, 2015

Ask your agent…

How many homes similar to mine are on the market?

Which ones are under contract?

Which ones have sold since I put mine on the market?

In knowing the current trends,
you can make more educated decisions about your property.

Check Out The Competition

Saturday, May 17th, 2014

Ask your agent this question…

If a house comes on the market similar to mine,

can you let me know if they have an open house?

Then make it a point to go see the property.

When you can see first hand what prospective buyers are seeing, it gives you a greater understanding of the market that you don’t get just from seeing properties online.

Be the “What’s Next?”

Thursday, November 7th, 2013

What can you do to improve how your home shows?

Then get it done as soon as possible.

Be the seller that asks “What’s next to do?“, not the one that says “I won’t do that.

It could mean the difference of a faster sale or better price.
